Our optional wine pairings represent a selection of high quality wines selected by experienced somms who specialised individually on a specific country and region. Those frequently travel in person on the search for unique vineyards and small producers.To find selected wines that match our philosophy fit to be served at JoEs TaBLe.

If you're a wine connoisseur or simply want to taste our singular wine collection. We strongly recommend to book your pairing in advance.
We suggest this because great wine needs time and preparation in advance. The right temperature and proper decanting is key to enjoy it at its best.

These wines offer a good value and serve as excellent entry-level pairings. They come generally from smaller producers, piquing our interest and encouraging exploration.

Lusitano
centred on unique Portuguese autochthonous wines. This wines represent a unicorn in the world, which are still to be discovered and considered by many experts in the field a overseen modern treasure with very old roots.

Iberico
centred on a selection of old and new approaches of some of the best wines Spain has to offer. Showcasing emblematic terroirs like Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Priorat and wine from new upcoming regions like e.g. Manchuela and Andalucia.

Tricolore
our selection of unique french wines. Some classical terroirs and some of newer projects and wines of the recent generation of winemakers in France. 

Ask for our wine card at your venue, where you'll find a selection of our selected fine wines, likewise served by glass. Should you have any preference on a certain wine that you want to try, let us know in advance. Our somm will do his best to arrange it for you.
