A word about the dining experience "a culinary Journey"
Our signature tasting menu is a multi-course sensory dinner inspired by Joe's travels, experiences, and personal history in a variety of Michelin-starred kitchens. Drawing on his origins and the influence of his grandparents during his childhood, it embodies his core beliefs in gastronomy and its fundamentals, which he describes as "food culture.
The basis of our concept is a one table fine dining experience, with high quality food and exceptional hand selected wine pairings.
An experience often shared with strangers, foodies from all over the world in very often changing locations masked as popup events. Dynamics and energy change therefore immediately when entering the space. Which is intended by elevating a dining experience to its major meaning.
To recognize the importance of food culture, which connects us all, is to grasp the very essence of what it means to be human. It transcends our differences and binds us together.
Therefore, Joe pours great care into every dish, each one crafted from a story behind a person, a place, or a historical curiosity.

changes several times within the year. Depending on what our chefs eyes catch on local markets, availability of ingredients, seasons and inspiration.
With a strong focus at organic and sustainable produces. Incorporating slow food and farm to table principles. With produces from unique people and craftsman that care and share with us the same philosophy.

Add a wine pairing of your choice to your menu when confirming your reservation. Likewise you're able to decide at the venue where our somm or chef will be happy to assist you. The optional wine pairings are understood as per guest.
Some wines need more aeration, therefore time to reach their best characteristics. We advise therefore to book the pairings in advance together when booking your tasting menu, to have them reserved and ready at your venue.
